As an affiliate of KPSS GmbH, a German manufacturer, our goal is to enhance the success of hair stylists around the world. We develop innovative ideas, international hair care and color brands, and distribute our products exclusively to salons, stylist exclusively – paired with innovative products and services – are the basic elements that KPSS brands Goldwell and KMS California share.
As a Salon Consultant, you will partner with existing and potential salon accounts to: manage and develop the KPSS product lines; assist salons in the development of their business; seek out and develop new clientele; effectively service each individual salon's needs, and maximize their educational opportunities. Through those efforts, Salon Consultants are responsible for attaining established sales, brand, and promotional goals within their assigned territory.
We are interested in detail oriented, organized individuals with previous sales experience who are self-starters with confidence and possess: strong marketing skills, persuasive communication and presentation skills, the ability of frequent travel and occasional weekend hours, a demonstrated ability to reach and exceed goals, and exhibit the highest level of integrity, honesty and ethical behavior in all dealings.
