Client Services Representative | Linthicum, MD

As an affiliate of KPSS GmbH, a German manufacturer, our goal is to enhance the success of hair stylists around the world. We develop innovative ideas, international hair care and color brands, and distribute our products exclusively to salons. Stylist exclusively – paired with innovative products and services – are the basic elements that KPSS brands Goldwell and KMS California share.

KPSS, Inc. is looking for two qualified candidates in the Client Services Department as Client Services Representatives. The ideal candidate will provide prompt, courteous and professional service to all incoming calls, accurately enter orders into the customer data base and resolve customer inquiries. The selected candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented; possess excellent customer service skills; able to work independently, as a team member and take instruction; demonstrate confidence, persuasive communication, and presentation skills; and will be able to prioritize multiple projects establish priorities to meet deadlines and exceed goals.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years experience in a customer service role, preferably a call center environment. Clear, concise, verbal communication skills in English< are required, with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to organize tasks and perform duties in an accurate and thorough manner. Must possess keyboard skills to enter information into customer data base, along with the knowledge to properly format and create documents in MS Word and create and update spreadsheets in MS Excel. Previous experience working with SAP is a plus.
