As an affiliate of KPSS GmbH, a German manufacturer, our goal is to enhance the success of hair stylists around the world. We develop innovative ideas, international hair care and color brands, and distribute our products exclusively to salons. Stylist exclusively – paired with innovative products and services – are the basic elements that KPSS brands Goldwell and KMS California share.
As a Salon Consultant, you will partner with existing and potential salon accounts to: manage anddevelop the KPSS product lines; assist salons in the development of their business; seek out and developnew clientele; effectively service each individual salon's needs, and maximize their educationalopportunities. Through the efforts listed above, Salon Consultants are responsible for attainingestablished sales, brand, and promotional goals within their assigned territory.
This position requires a high school graduate or equivalent with 5-7 years of industry experience. Weare interested in detail?oriented, organized individuals with previous sales experience who are self-starters with confidence who possess the following skills: strong marketing skills, persuasivecommunication and presentation skills, the ability to travel frequently and occasionally work weekendhours, the demonstrated ability to reach and exceed goals, all while exhibiting the highest level ofintegrity, honesty, and ethical behavior in all dealings.
