The Categories

2010 is the start of three new categories. As a Goldwell Color Stylist you
choose which to enter:

  • CREATIVE COLORIST
    This category is open to all GOLDWELL stylists who have more than five years professional experience, using Topchic, Colorance and/or Elumen for their color creations.

  • NEW TALENT COLORIST
    This category is open to all GOLDWELL junior stylists who have less than five years professional experience, using Topchic, Colorance and/or Elumen for their color creations.

  • PARTNER COLORIST
    This category is open to all stylists who already have worked for GOLDWELL as a freelancer, trainer or guest artist, using Topchic, Colorance and/or Elumen for their color creations.

Semi-finalists will be selected with a national winner being chosen in each of the three categories, based on the beauty shots entered and techniques. Once announced, all national winners will be invited to participate at the international, live, hands-on competition in Paris, France - October 10-12, 2010!

The Jury

Both national and international juries consist of independent hairdressers, journalists of the trade press and fashion experts from the beauty industry. The jury’s decision is based on the following criteria:

  • Interpretation of the Just naked trend
  • Color technique and product use
  • Professionalism and aesthetics of the picture including appearance and attractiveness of hairstyle, harmony of cut and color, and impression of the complete look

To Enter

First, be inspired by the Just naked trend world. Then, develop your own interpretation and choose a model to create your hair color and style. Next, send us a beauty photo showing the end result. The focus of the picture should be on the hair, and the style and color have to be easily seen.

Please describe in detail which products and color technique you used to create your hairstyle. For your competition entry, only Goldwell hair color is allowed (Topchic, Colorance, Elumen, etc.)

Deadline to Enter

Submit your entry to arrive at Goldwell Corporate Headquarters by Monday, May 31st.
