A confirmation package will be mailed to you upon completion of your registering and will contain:

3. Group hotel booking information, rates and amenities

US Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled program to be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled program will receive a 50% refund OR a credit toward a future class in this current calendar year, which will not be transferable again thereafter. Non attendance without notice is subject to a 100% charge.

Canadian Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made to KPSS Canada no less than 2 business days prior to program to ensure a 50% charge will not be applied. Non attendance without notice is subject to a 100% charge.

KPSS reserves the right to postpone or change any program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which participants will be notified by phone.
