"When I need motivation and inspiration, all I have to do is open my eyes," says Rodica Hristu, a master colorist at DeBeradinis Salon, who has built her reputation on perfecting anything and everything related to color. Channeling color through emotions and visualization, she's been involved for many years in Goldwell education and platform as principal colorist in launching Goldwell Mexico, Elumen and the Goldwell Styling line in Canada, nominated for Canadian Colorist of the year and the Canadian Winner and North American finalist for the Trend Zoom Color Challenge.
